On 22 October 2020 GHENOVA was part of the debate on the future of the naval and maritime sector that took place at the international congress Maritime Trends Summit. During the symposium, Francisco Cuervas emphasized the importance of innovation in the field of this sector.
During the congress, the challenges of decarbonisation and the blue economy, artificial intelligence in ship design, offshore wind and fuel reduction, the challenges of unmanned ships, green ports and intelligent logistics that are promoting a more sustainable supply chain were examined, among other topics.
Maritime Trends is the new reference congress to debate the present and future of the naval, maritime and port sector. Created by the Metal and Technology Industries Association ,it brings together the main players in the industry at an international level.
