GHENOVA has carried out an unprecedented work in response to the global health crisis, organizing its 500 professionals spread across offices in Spain, Australia, Brazil, Bolivia and Colombia in a record time and in the way that they could telework and offer the same service to their customers, with no disruption either in time or quality.
All this has been possible due to the exceptional planning of the company, that has anticipated events, and to Spain’s leadership in fiber optic deployment with respect to other countries.
In these days of confinement by the COVID19, the telecommunications network has been highly stressed as the Spanish infrastructure has sustained remarkably an important data traffic increase.
According to data extracted from the report of the Fiber to the Home European Council (FTTH) and to Consultants ´Analysys Mason´, Spain positioned itself as the European leader in the fiber optics deployment as our country has more fiber deployed than Germany, France , UK and Italy all together. In total, Spain ended 2019 with 2% more installations connected by fiber than the main economics set in Europe (10,261 vs. 10,061). France has 6,800 facilities, Italy 1,461, the United Kingdom 1,150 and Germany 650. For this reason, there is an unsurpassed digital communications service in Spain.
All these data make to our country to position itself at the forefront of the digital economy, offering a quick and adequate response unlike different diffitulties that other countries experienced.
GHENOVA has implemented several technological solutions for offering a close and quality service to our clients. We only have changed the workplace, for the rest we are offering a high productivity team working 100%. Thanks to our human team, our technology and the Spanish´s leadership in telecommunications, we overcome the challenge of telework remarkably and we are prepared for any new challenge.
